Parallel agents

Many agents at once.
One place to keep track.

Give each change its own task and let several agents work side by side: Claude Code on one, Codex on another. VECTA keeps each task in its own copy of the project and shows at a glance which one is working, which waits for you and which is ready to review.

Free on your own computer. Each agent uses your own plan or key.

Eight tasks side by side in VECTA: approvals, running tasks, a fix ready to review and a question for you

How it works

  1. 01

    Split the work

Give every change its own task with a clear result. Small, separate tasks are easier to run side by side and easier to review.

  2. 02

    Run them side by side

Start Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode on each task. Open up to eight on one screen and move between them without losing your place.

  3. 03

    Review one at a time

Tasks that need an answer rise to the top. Read each result and decide what to keep.

Built for many tasks at once

Separate copies

By default each task works in its own copy of the project, so agents don’t overwrite each other’s files.

One list of what needs you

Questions and approvals from every task gather in one place. Running and finished work stays out of the way.

Agent teams

Let a task propose helpers, approve the ones you want and follow their results beside it. Four helpers at once by default, up to sixteen.

Mix agents

Use Claude Code for one task and Codex or OpenCode for the next, then ask one agent to review another’s changes.

Several computers

Connect a laptop, a workstation and a home server, and choose where each task runs.

Costs per task

See the cost, tokens and time each agent reports for every task, and set budgets where the agent supports them.

How many tasks can run at once?

As many as your computers and your agent plans allow. Up to eight tasks fit side by side on one screen, and an agent team runs four helpers at once by default, up to sixteen.

Will parallel agents conflict?

By default each task works in its own copy of the project, so agents don’t edit the same files under each other. You review each result separately before you keep it.

Which agents can work as a team?

Agent teams support isolated Claude Code, Codex and Z.ai Coding Plan connections, plus OpenRouter and OpenAI-compatible models on the same computer. VECTA Cloud is not supported in teams yet.

Will it use up my plan faster?

Several agents at once spend your plan or key faster. VECTA shows the reported cost, tokens and time for every task, so you can see where the usage went.

What does it cost?

VECTA is free on your own computer, with all features and unlimited projects and tasks. Each agent’s usage is billed by its own provider.

Start two tasks. Then four.

Connect your computer, give each change its own task and follow all of them from one place.
