Keep project decisions
Give future work the decisions you have reviewed and approved.
Approved project-wide decisions are included in the next fresh request that prepares project context. Proposed, revoked and replaced decisions are excluded. Task-linked decisions retain source access restrictions and are not automatically delivered project-wide in this release.
Step by step
Open Project memory and choose Suggest a decision. Write a concise decision with its reason; link a source task when relevant.
Review the proposal before approving it. A suggestion does not become a project instruction automatically.
Replace an outdated decision or revoke one that no longer applies. The history retains previous revisions and their source.
